MSART 2026 Terms and Conditions:

1. Registration and Payment
   • All registration fees must be paid upfront at the time of registration.
   • Registrations for MSART 2026 are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
   • All refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee.

   • Full refund less a cancellation fee of RM 100	No refund
     On or prior to 1 September 2026	After 1 September 2026

   • To cancel your registration, a written notice must be submitted prior to the deadline to MSART Secretariat at msartcme@gmail.com
   • Participants are responsible to pay for any bank charges by their respective receiving banks that may be incurred during the refund process.
   • All approved refunds will be processed only after the conclusion of the conference.
3. Data Protection
   • By registering for the event, attendees agree to allow the organizers to use their personal data for MSART events-related purposes.
   • Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent.
4. General Terms
   • In the event of any disputes, the decision of the Conference organizers shall be final and conclusive. The Conference programme is subject to change without prior notice.
     
5. Intellectual Property
   • All materials provided during the Conference are the intellectual property of the organizers or the respective speakers. Such materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for any other purpose without prior written consent from the organizers or respective copyright owners.
